Operational relaunch of the project and its marketing

Verona Development, the project owner of Botanica, has entrusted LuxRED with the delegated project management and commercial coordination of the project, with the aim of ensuring the operational management of the development, structuring its execution, and orchestrating its commercial ramp-up.

LuxRED's resumption of management will enable work to be restarted quickly and commercial efforts to be stepped up with end users and investors.

The project is backed by a consortium of leading investors who are fully committed to its success. Their involvement means that this new phase can be approached with an appropriate financial structure, ensuring that the project will be seen through to completion.

Botanica was designed as a new-generation tertiary development and stands out for the quality of its location, the scale of its landscaped areas, and the diversity of its uses, combining offices, hotels, services, and shops spread across nine buildings covering a total of 60,000 square meters around a central park covering 2.1 hectares.

The first phase of Botanica is 20% pre-leased, confirming the attractiveness of the project and its strategic location within the Cloche d'Or district.
